Pricing
Roof Inspection
$100
per inspection
The roof inspection is a key eligibility requirement for certain roofs particularly older ones. Ensuring the roof is evaluated, documented, and meets “remaining useful life” criteria can make a significant difference in obtaining or maintaining coverage.
4-Point
$100
per inspection
If you’re shopping around for a better insurance rate or switching carriers, you’ll almost always be asked to provide a recent 4-point inspection report. Four major components of the home are inspected which includes the electrical panel, HVAC, plumbing, and roof. The 4-Point Inspection is typically good a year from the inspection date but some home insurance carriers will accept older 4-Point Inspections.
Wind Mitigation
$100
per inspection
A Wind Mitigation Inspection identifies certain wind-resistant features which can save you money on your home insurance policy. It’s one of the most cost-effective inspections you can have if you have recently installed a new roof or any impact or hurricane rated entry door, sliding door, garage door, window, skylight, and glass block. Many homeowners see their inspection pay for itself within the first year through savings on their policy.
Reinspection
$75
per reinspection
A 4-Point reinspection may be required by your home insurance carrier if the initial 4-Point inspection revealed issues that needed to be addressed. This follow-up inspection is conducted to confirm that all necessary repairs have been properly completed and that the property now meets insurability standards. During the reinspection, the inspector will review the corrected items, document the completed work, and capture photos verifying the repairs.
